Burners for rotary kilns

There are two rotary kiln burners from Pillard. While NOVAFLAM® incorporates the latest technological advancement in the field, ROTAFLAM® - the well proven predecessor - is still widely used in the industry. Depending on the product to be manufactured, the following burners can also be used: calcination burners , burners for special solutions, reduction burners, kiln inlet burners and burners for heating up tertiary air. Liquid, gaseous and pulverized fossil fuels as well as secondary fuels can be used. Furthermore, Pillard also supply acces sories, such as burner carriages, burner operation valve trains and atomizer systems. For indirect heating of a rotary kiln, we offer hot gas generators for all fuels.

 

Burners for dryers

Drying plants require specially designed firing systems in order to fulfil diverse process engineering standards. You can count on our extensive experience in the field of gypsum plants, dryers for sugar beet cuttings and limestone rotary kilns, as well as coal grinding plants, waste-utilization plants and - regarding the combustion of sewage sludge - coal mixtures.

 

Special burners

In addition to our main field of activity, we also support the application of our products / systems in special areas, such as flue gas reheating , solutions for the glass industry, special cement kilns or water glass rotary kilns. Thus you can work with a competent and flexible team that energetically supports you in the realisation of your unique goals.
