The success of our burner management system (BMS) is mainly the result of its diverse functionality. There are practically no limitations concerning fuel, firing process or BMS platforms. Our BMS has proven itself in a great number of applicatins with various fuel and burner combinations.

Our systems fulfil all safety requirements and are equipped with fail-safe controls. The controls are designed to include failsafe technique, control, boiler protection, performance and communication, depending on the firing system in use and customer request. The user-friendly operation and monitoring of control systems is made possible through the use of diversified visualization techniques.

Our controls, in most cases, contain systems from Siemens or Hima. We are also ready to offer alternative unique solutions to your firing requirements.

Burner control system - communication

Communication with your DCS or other units is realized according to your specifications. We are familiar with all common BUS systems, such as Profibus, Indust, Ethernet, Modbus and many others.

Burner control system - safety standards

The electrical design of the control units fulfils requirements as laid out by VDE and DIN guidelines - published by IEC. We pay special attention to safety considerations. We also fulfill SIL safety requirement levels and/or Performance Level, ATEX, EMV guidelines.
